- Pricing Errors: If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs because of a technical or typographical mistake, we may cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, and we will notify you where appropriate.
- Updates to Listings: Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and promotional offers may be updated or changed without prior notice.
Products & Order Fulfillment
- Product Representation: We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, colors, materials, and dimensions accurately. However, minor differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, or normal variations in manufacturing and materials.
- Processing & Delivery: Orders may require up to 3 business days for processing. After dispatch, international delivery generally takes approximately 10–20 business days, although customs procedures, carrier operations, and other circumstances may affect actual delivery times.
- Product Availability: Inventory information may change as orders are processed. If an item becomes unavailable before shipment, we may cancel the affected item and refund or adjust the related charge accordingly.

- Import Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for confirming that products purchased from Luvanyx can legally be imported into and used in their destination country or region. Certain products may not include destination-specific warranties, labeling, instructions, or other localized materials.
- Duties & Taxes: Unless otherwise collected during checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage charges, tariffs, or other fees imposed by local authorities.
